Establishes a temporary Presidential Task Force to enhance citizen preparedness and volunteerism related to terrorism. Composed of high-level representatives from executive offices and federal agencies. Tasked with identifying and recommending ways for the public to prepare for terrorism and volunteer to support local safety and health efforts. Task Force ends 30 days after submitting report.
