Designates the European Union—including its communities, institutions, agencies, and instrumentalities—as well as the European Police Office (Europol), as public international organizations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977. The EO clarifies these designations apply solely to these specified statutes.
