Establishes a coordinated federal effort across multiple agencies to promote personal fitness, healthy eating, preventive screenings, and responsible lifestyle choices among Americans. Requires designated federal departments to review and potentially revise existing policies and programs to enhance public health efforts. Creates an interagency working group, chaired by Health and Human Services, to facilitate cooperation and avoid duplication.
