Summary
Continues the operation of specified federal advisory committees through September 30, 2005, including panels focused on national infrastructure, occupational safety, bioethics, arts and humanities, education, telecommunications, trade, and physical fitness and sports. Also terminates several advisory bodies whose assigned tasks and mandates have concluded, and amends membership of the President's Export Council.
