Summary

Blocks property and financial interests in the U.S. of individuals involved in undermining democratic processes, committing human rights abuses, or engaging in corruption in Belarus. Prohibits U.S. persons from providing funds, goods, or services to or from such individuals. Authorizes Treasury, consulting with State, to enforce the EO, designate additional persons, and issue regulations.
