Continues the existence of certain federal advisory committees until September 30, 2015, including those related to national security, science, public health, labor, education, trade, and cultural affairs. Clarifies departmental oversight responsibilities for these committees. Modifies membership and duties of the National Infrastructure Advisory Council, adjusts roles of several other advisory bodies, and updates prior orders accordingly.
