Adjustments of Certain Rates of Pay

Summary

Establishes adjusted pay rates for various federal civilian employees, uniformed service members, senior executives, administrative law judges, the vice president, members of Congress, federal judges, and other statutory positions. Implements locality-based comparability payments and directs the Office of Personnel Management to carry out necessary actions for implementation. Supersedes previous EO on pay adjustments.
