Adjustments of Certain Rates of Pay

Summary

Adjusts pay rates for federal civilian employees, senior executives, members of the Foreign Service, Veterans Health Administration personnel, administrative law judges, and certain executive, legislative and judicial officials. Also updates monthly basic compensation for uniformed service members and locality-based comparability payments. Replaces prior EO on pay schedules; effective from January 1, 2016.
