Blocking Property of the Government of North Korea and the Workers' Party of Korea, and Prohibiting Certain Transactions With Respect to North Korea

Blocks property and financial interests of North Korea's government and the Workers' Party of Korea within U.S. jurisdiction, prohibiting transfers or transactions involving these assets. Expands sanctions to entities linked to key North Korean industries, human rights abuses, censorship, cybersecurity threats or nuclear and missile programs. Bans new U.S. investments and exports to North Korea, restricts U.S. entry for designated individuals, and authorizes Treasury oversight for enforcement.
