Extends for one year the period allowing continued peaceful nuclear cooperation between the United States and the European Atomic Energy Community. Supersedes a previous EO, citing U.S. non-proliferation objectives and national security concerns. Period of cooperation now set to expire on March 10, 1994. Congress notified of this extension.
