Designates the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) as a public international organization eligible for certain privileges, immunities and exemptions under the International Organizations Immunities Act. Excludes specific provisions related to customs duties, federal import taxes, and certain other sections of that Act. Clarifies no intent to limit privileges conferred by international agreements or congressional actions.
