Summary

Imposes U.S. arms embargo against Rwanda, banning sale or supply of military and paramilitary equipment by Americans or from American territory, except for authorized UN missions. Delegates enforcement authority to Secretaries of State and Commerce, and allows similar actions for future UN embargoes. Effective from May 26, 1994.
