Authorizes the Secretary of Defense and, when applicable, the Secretary of Transportation overseeing the Coast Guard, to activate units and individual members of the Selected Reserve to augment active U.S. armed forces. Intended specifically to support operational missions aimed at restoring civilian governance in Haiti. Effective immediately upon issuance.
