Amends a prior EO to expand privileges, exemptions, and immunities granted to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL). Specifically removes previous restrictions related to customs duties and federal internal-revenue importation taxes. Clarifies and broadens INTERPOL's operational capacities within the United States.
