Requires federal agencies to avoid contracting with companies knowingly employing unauthorized alien workers. Attorney General investigates violations and may recommend debarment. Noncompliant contractors face exclusion from federal procurement for one year, renewable upon continued violations. Ensures immigration law compliance in procurement process.
