Amending Executive Order 12752, Implementation of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, as Amended, and the Food for Progress Act of 1985, as Amended

Amends earlier EO implementing the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 and Food for Progress Act of 1985. Expands authorized recipients from solely developing countries to include private entities. Removes specific subsections and renumbers remaining sections to reflect these changes. Clarifies administrative structure and recipients of agricultural assistance programs.
