Designates the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) as a public international organization under the International Organizations Immunities Act. Grants OPCW related privileges, exemptions, and immunities. Clarifies that the EO does not limit any rights OPCW already holds or may acquire through treaties or congressional acts.
