Level V of the Executive Schedule: Removal of the Executive Director, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Department of Labor

Removes the position of Executive Director of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation at the Department of Labor from Level V of the Executive Schedule. Amends a prior EO that originally placed the position at this level. Reassigns subsequent subsections accordingly to reflect removal of this role from the classification schedule.
