Summary

Authorizes the activation of Selected Reserve units and individual reservists of the U.S. Armed Forces for operations in Southwest Asia. Grants authority to the Secretary of Defense and, when applicable, the Secretary of Transportation to implement this mobilization. The EO explicitly excludes creation of any enforceable legal rights or benefits.
