Summary

Amends prior orders to include a Joint Staff member in the Joint Mexican-United States Defense Commission. Expands U.S. representation by adding an official selected by the Secretary of Defense alongside existing Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps members. Allows the Secretary to designate alternates and appoint a Chair from current members.
