Amending Executive Order 10173, as Amended, Prescribing Regulations Relating to the Safeguarding of Vessels, Harbors, Ports, and Waterfront Facilities of the United States

Clarifies federal regulations on port and waterfront security. Updates official definition of "waterfront facility" to explicitly include naval yards, stations, installations, and adjacent land or water areas, as well as associated buildings, equipment, and materials. The EO expands regulatory scope for safeguarding U.S. maritime infrastructure.
