Summary

Establishes the Kosovo Campaign Medal for U.S. military personnel who served in Kosovo or related areas after March 24, 1999, within timeframes defined by the Secretary of Defense. Allows eligible service members previously awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal or Armed Forces Service Medal to exchange for the new medal. Permits posthumous awards.
