Establishes a Presidential Medal of Valor to honor public safety officers demonstrating extraordinary valor beyond their official duties. Defines eligible recipients as law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency responders serving public agencies at federal, state, local, or tribal levels. The EO directs the Attorney General to annually recommend candidates, up to ten of whom the President may select and formally recognize during Police Week.
