Extends the duration of the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC), originally established under a previous EO. Updates membership terms, setting a two-year maximum for new appointees, renewable by presidential decision. Requires presidential designation of two co-chairs from committee members, each with a defined two-year term.
