Continues operation of specified federal advisory committees through September 30, 2003. Assigns committee oversight to relevant agency heads under Federal Advisory Committee Act procedures. Revokes previous orders establishing now-completed committees and supersedes parts of another EO. Effective from September 30, 2001.
